Anti-racism Training

The Anti-racism Training, built for those who want to learn how to best interact and work with a diverse range of people, explores how to navigate the latest terminology, challenging racism in different settings, identity, privilege, microaggressions and more. It was created to encourage conversations during the session that can be continued outside or in the workplace.

Who is it for?

Our tailorable Anti-racism Training is already being provided to East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council, and is a great way to introduce or remind people of the importance of anti-racism and inclusion, and how these subjects can improve workplace relations and productivity.

Format

This is a 3-hour-long training that can be delivered virtually, in-person or hybrid. Theory is provided in short, digestible ‘bits’ of 20-25 mins, followed by a discussion/activity and Q&A at the end.

We have a FREE Taster Session coming up on the 17th of April. This will cover some of the topics included in our Anti-racism training course.

The flyer reads: Anti-racism Workshop Free Online Taster Session. Time and Date: 17th of April, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Register Now: www.vandutraining.com or training@vandu.co.uk.
